Talon's Summer Concert Series
It’s Talon’s fifth anniversary! To celebrate and to give back to our loyal customers during these tough economic times we are changing our concert series to a general admission of $5. Concerts will be the second Saturday of each month beginning in May from 6-9pm. All concert goers are welcome to bring their own picnic or to purchase food from local vendors that will be at the concerts. No outside beverages allowed.

 WINE DOWN FRIDAYS! Talon Announces Wine Down Friday Schedule Starting in June Talon will host Wine Down Fridays! The first and third Friday of each month (from 6-8pm) enjoy local musicians on the back porch along with the popular outdoor game corn hole. The schedule is as follows: June 5th- Wade Mitchell, June 19th- Mark Gardner July 3rd- Cancelled, July 17th- Carl Hatmaker August 7th- Joe Hedges, August 21st- Ken Ronald September 4th- Kava Java Trio, September 18th- Chris Garrett Talon Opens Second Location Talon Shelbyville is NOW OPEN Talon Winery in Shelbyville. The tasting room features a beautiful tongue and groove barrel ceiling that evokes the Kentucky oak barrels used to age our wines. A scenic covered porch overlooks a five acre limestone quarry lake and is a relaxing vista to sip away an afternoon. In August be sure not to miss the spectacular vision of sunflowers growing on the hillside above the lake. Our Kentucky Proud gift shop will also be an exciting place to find that perfect gift for yourself or a friend. Talon Winery Shelbyville is located at 400 Gordon Lane. Take I-64 exit 32 to Taylorsville and turn left onto KY 55 and left onto Gordon Lane. Contact the tasting room at 502-633-6969. Talon Supports the Lexington Humane Society Barrk to School First-ever Bark to School Concert will be held at Talon Vineyards on Friday, August 14th. Gates open at 6pm and live music by The Torques begins at 7pm. Food from local vendors will be available for purchase the night of the event and beer and wine will be available for purchase from Talon. No outside beverages are permitted. Bring chairs and blankets if you would like to listen to music in the grass. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 the day of the event.
